Sometimes you hear a voice through the door
calling you, as fish out of water hear the waves...
This turning toward what you deeply love saves you.

Mary Lou’s insight to a woman’s daily challenges is compassionate, encouraging and nurturing.  With just one session Mary Lou was able to give me the direction necessary to take a path that was best for me, which in the long run has been best for my family.  She challenged me to take responsibility for my own happiness. But she did not do this without including the insight and problem solving of potential issues that may come up in my relationship with my husband and children as I move from caring for myself first - not last.  Although this has not always been an easy journey, Mary Lou’s encouraging words keep me strong and stop me from giving up.

I have had the pleasure of hearing Mary Lou speak both as a group facilitator and participant.  What a joy both were!  Mary Lou has a gift for speaking from the heart in a way that grabs your attention and continues to hold you. I've also been lucky enough to work one on one with Mary Lou.  She listens to what you are saying and hears things you don't realize you've said. She makes you zero in on the important things, stay focused and be true to yourself all at the same time.  If you ever have the opportunity to hear Mary Lou speak or work with her one on one don't let it pass you by.  She's a blessing.

I consider Mary Lou to be a very advanced soul who has both challenged me and encouraged me throughout the last ten years. She is a friend and mentor along our mutual journey. I might have been lost within the dry desert of convention if I had not heard her call to come to the wild, moist edges of my soul.

We are created to be free; within you there is deep freedom.  This freedom will not intrude; it will not hammer at the door of your life and force you to embrace it.  The greatest presences within us do not act in this way.  Their invitation is subtle and gracious.  In order to inherit your freedom, you need to go towards it.  You have to claim your own freedom before it becomes yours.

Mary Lou,

Thank you for who you are and for all you have taught me. I feel I’ve escaped a 50 year chrysalis and have finally taken flight.
Without your support I feel I would not have made that leap of faith to go for the creation of the life of my dreams.

Thank you for your support, encouragement, and for being a huge catalyst for change in my life - and my life’s work - for opening up my awareness to my creative powers of connection to the universe.

Mary Lou, thank you for your counsel, and for encouraging me to continue in the pursuit of a spiritual community that aligned with my consciousness, intuition, and being.
Love and Peace,

I first met Mary Lou at a VERY challenging time in my life and I am so very grateful that I had her to mentor me through this time.  I am not sure how I would have managed it without her.  Her supportive and non-judgmental approach was very comforting as she guided me to the next level.  Her life experience, knowledge and intuition made her the perfect match for me as that year was truly a transformational time in my life.  I still look to her for guidance and enjoy being in her supportive energy.

Thank you Mary Lou.
